The Basics

Let's start with you — a little background helps me understand your vision before we even arrive on the day.

I recommend Best Man and Maid of Honor — someone I can reach on the day if needed.
Both, if applicable — so I can tag you when sharing.

And any unique ideas or personal touches you're planning for the day.
DJ, band, florist, videographer, coordinator — whoever is part of the day.
Section 2 of 6

Getting Ready

The prep moments are often some of the most genuine of the entire day — let me know what to plan for.

Section 3 of 6

The Ceremony

Help me understand the flow and any special moments so nothing gets missed.

e.g. father-daughter reveal, bridal party, etc.
Sand pouring, candle lighting, lasso ceremony, ring warming, handfasting, etc.
Section 4 of 6

The Reception

All the details of the celebration — so I know where to be and when.

If yes, what time?
First dance, parent dances, bridal party dance — list them all with song if known.
Sparkler exit, confetti, ribbon wands, etc. — and approximate time.

Day-of Logistics

Addresses and timing — the practical details that help me show up in the right place at the right time.

Leave blank if same as ceremony.
Getting ready → ceremony, ceremony → reception, leaving reception, etc.

Family & Portraits

Help me plan family formals so everything runs smoothly and no one gets left out.

Include step-parents, if applicable.
Divorced parents, family members who shouldn't be photographed together, anyone who has passed — anything that helps me be thoughtful and discreet.
List each grouping on its own line with names — I'll call people by name to keep things moving.

Name and role for each person.
Name and role for each person.

Thank you so much.

I've received everything and will review it carefully before your day. If anything changes or you think of something else, just reply to my email — this is never set in stone.

Looking forward to it.
